1. COMBINED LINE FOR TRANSFER PROGRESSIVE DIES
This combined line was developed following the demanding specifications of an important French automotive manufacturer. It is completely automatic with more than 50 controlled axes and allows type changes without operator intervention. Additionally, dies can be changed and coils prepared in a very short time. Specific client benefits are incorporated such as:
- Puller to eliminate scraps and emptying of dies
- Automatic extraction for roller cleaning
- Double coil cars with X-Y translation for coil preparation

2. PRODUCTION LINE FOR PANELS AND STRIPS FOR CEILING SUPPORT PANELS
Our client, a leader in the sector, needed to produce on the same line, custom panels and drilled sheets. Our solution ensured:
- Perfect surface quality of the product thanks to a unit which applies a protective plastic film
- Maximum flexibility; the line can produce either product by simply selecting a programme from the control panel
- That the strips are produced automatically and are ready for market
- Continuous production (3 shifts for 6 days of the week) without any operator intervention

3. SUPERCOIL

Born from a need for continuous production, especially for the magnetic strip industry. Our initial client, an important multinational, requested a solution offering minimum coil changing time. Our response was to create a large coil of diameter 4000mm made from welding the ends of standard coils, and to wind and unwind them on a large spindle, THE SUPERCOIL. Today this solution has been adopted by many purchasers of SUPERCOIL worldwide. |

4. FINE BLANKING

In this sector where the thickness of the coils for the feeder are up to 16mm, the main need is to straighten the strip. Our straightener does this, with a double levelling rollers at the entrance, and is able to straighten longitudinally and transversely eliminating the strip deformation of these thick strip. Our considerable experience with this technology has allowed us to be partner/suppliers with the most important worldwide companies in fine blanking. |

5. HIGH STRENGTH MATERIAL

Our strong desire to be considered a partner and not just a supplier, enabled us to supply in two years, 7 feeding lines 1500mm wide up to 4mm thickness, to this important automotive company operating 15 European production sites. The lines were designed and constructed with a very well defined objective: unwind, straighten and feed high strength material. Particular attention has been paid to type changes, which are made automatically with only short operator intervention. Additionally, we have developed special software to enhance the man-machine interface.
