For Saronni our involvement with our customers does not end with the sale of the line or a quick installation, but rather our team of specialised and efficient technical staff remain by the side of our clients for commissioning the system, for training and for after sales service. Real time support worldwide for customers is provided by Teleservice whereby machine problems or process issues are evaluated and resolved by messages and/or commands directly on line. Direct intervention is assured by on site service where available or from our factory.
